Luken Beck were tasked by a long-standing client to submit planning and listed building applications for a new hotel in Bristol. The proposal sought to change the use of a grade II* and grade II listed building to create a stunning 42-bedroom hotel with ancillary restaurant, bars and spa facilities within central Bristol. Luken Beck liaised closely with all stakeholders involved, leading to a successful outcome for the client. The development has been completed and opened to the general public in 2017.
