Luken Beck are please to have worked with Homes England to secure a resolution to grant for Phase 2 of De Havilland Park, Panshanger in Welwyn Garden City. This brings the total approved to 860 much needed new homes (30% affordable) with supporting community infrastructure including a primary school, local centre, retirement living, Gypsy & Traveller provision and significant open space. Great to have had the support of RegenCo, fabrikCampbellReithCavendishPinsent Masons

The site is in the process of being sold, supported by Savills, with a preferred development partner due to be selected in the Spring of '24.
