We are extremely pleased to have submitted a full planning application with ES for the mixed-use redevelopment of Town Quay, Southampton on behalf of our long standing client, NICOLAS JAMES LIMITED. The proposals comprise the erection of a stunning 9 storey, 5* hotel with spa, restaurants, bars and conferencing facilities along with a new red-jet passenger terminal and café alongside the erection of 460 residential apartments within 4 iconic towers with bars/restaurant below and extensive new public boardwalks within an enlarged marina.

The project team has worked incredibly hard since submitting the pre-application last year, to bring forward a scheme with Officers at Southampton City Council that we hope will receive an approval in 2024.
